The Dalles Lock & Dam tours and visitor center: one of the ten largest hydropower dams in the United States. The Pacific Northwest has grown to rely on the electricity generated here, so it’s an important & interesting spot to visit!
The Dalles Art Center: TDAC! Their website displays upcoming classes, artist talks, openings and events. exhibits keep rotating monthly and feature increasingly more diverse, local, intergenerational art! A gem worth checking out.
